CASE STUDIES

Cap Ivoire

Rocklane Capital Partners is spearheading the development of a modern two-storey shopping center, Cap Ivoire, located in a prime high-income area of Abidjan. This ambitious project, undertaken on behalf of an institutional investor, spans a 7,291 m² site and is designed to host 36 stores featuring a diverse rental mix including supermarkets, restaurants, service outlets, and beauty-health stores.

Actions undertaken or planned:

  • Sourcing of suppliers, preliminary studies (concept, preliminary cost estimates, comparative analysis)
  • Conducting due diligence (environmental study, soil study, traffic study, tax study, market analysis)
  • Design phase (architectural and administrative analysis and feasibility, preliminary design, administrative authorizations)
  • Detailed monitoring of work preparation with key partners (architects / prime contractors)
  • Works follow-up
  • Active leasing campaign

Mixed-use assets are now part of Rocklane Capital Partners’ DNA, which is reinforced by this project. The project is currently under development on a 1,700 m² site comprising: a shopping centre of 3,260 m² with 17 stores, LONACI’s offices on 2,357 m² and an aparthotel with 54 apartments.
Rocklane Capital Partners manages the development and construction of this landmark project with support from global service providers.
