Cosmos Retail aims to be the leading shopping center operator in Francophone Africa, focusing on urban areas with dense middle- and lower-income populations. Targeting assets ranging from 5,000 to 18,000 square meters of leasable area, Cosmos Retail prioritizes prime locations in major West and Central African cities.

Ivorian Green Affordable Housing Company (IGAHC)

IGAHC focuses on acquiring, developing, and renting affordable housing for low and middle-income populations in Côte d’Ivoire. With an investment of up to €150 million, the platform plans to deliver approximately 5,000 housing units, with a mix of rental and rent-to-own options.

Oasis Properties

Oasis Properties operates a vertically integrated platform specializing in the acquisition, renovation, development, leasing, and management of residential units, focusing on the middle to high-end market.

Residential Property Development International (RPD)

RPD invests in and starts development companies across its core markets, with a focus on Africa. Its initial investment includes a majority stake in Interbat SA, a key player in middle-income and affordable residential development in Côte d’Ivoire.

Solon Property Partners – Sierra Leone

SPP holds a diverse real estate portfolio in Sierra Leone, encompassing land and office assets in Freetown, positioning it as a significant player in the local market.

Hospitality

This platform focuses on the investment, promotion, and development of the hotel industry in Francophone Africa, developing 3-star hotels in collaboration with renowned industry brands like Accor.

Omega Sports Holding

Omega Sports Holding is a private investment firm with a commitment to fostering impactful platforms in the sports industry. The firm leverages flexible, long-term capital in collaboration with its Entrepreneur & Family Office Network. As the controlling shareholder of Cote d’Ivoire’s most storied and dominant basketball club and one of Africa’s premier basketball platforms, Omega Sports Holding plays a pivotal role in the region’s sports industry.

Additionally, it holds a minority stake in Racing Club d’Abidjan, noted for its dynamic football presence and thriving youth academy. With an initial investment plan to channel $50 million into the sports industry over the next 24-36 months, Omega Sports focuses on Direct Investments in sports teams, leagues, and major events, Indirect Investments in sports apparel, health and nutrition, sports technology, and e-sports, as well as Infrastructure investments in arenas, stadiums, and multi-use sports facilities. Omega Sports Holding prioritizes a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach aimed at capital appreciation and sustained equity growth over extended periods.
