Our Firm
Rocklane Capital Partners (initially HC Capital Properties) was founded in 2014 by Cheick Sanankoua, with the vision to become a premier Real Estate Platform in Francophone Africa and to play a key role in the sustainable real estate development across the region.
Since inception, the company has been involved in over €500m of transactions across Africa in multiple real estate asset classes including retail, residential, hotel, data centres and offices.

Rocklane is a multi-strategy real asset impact investment & development platform. The company is a fully integrated real asset investment business which encompasses the whole real assets value chain. It is a one-stop shop for its institutional investors and family offices, with a demonstrated expertise across most real assets’ asset classes.
The company creates and executes real assets strategies, investments and developments on behalf of its clients at international standards across Sub-Saharan Africa, taking into account each country and city’s specific realities.
